THEME: “Bring Your Bible Night” (well, you should do this every night!!!)

BIBLE: 2 Peter 1

• God is all we need. He gives us all we need to live the way He made us to live. And the Bible (His Word), tells us how to live for God. And because His Word is true, we can trust it completely.

MEMORY VERSES:

• Older Kids (2nd - 5th)

  • 2 Peter 1:21, “For prophecy never had its origin in the human will, but prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.”

  • 2 Peter 3:2, “I want you to recall the words spoken in the past by the holy prophets and the command given by our Lord and Savior through your apostles.”

  • 2 Peter 3:9, “The Lord is not slow in keeping His promise, as some understand slowness. Instead He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.”
