Pastoral Staff

  • Pastor Carl Dixon

    Senior Pastor

    Carl and his wife Valerie moved to Sarasota (from Canada) and started CCS in April of 1987. Carl has been our Sr Pastor from day 1 and continues to faithfully teach God’s word.

  • Pastor Jim Burke

    Admin, Missions

    Jim was born and raised in upstate NY and moved to Sarasota after serving in the army. He has been at CCS since 1992 and has served on staff since 2001.

  • Pastor Reggie Green

    Youth

    Reggie moved to Sarasota in 2004 after playing college and pro football (Florida Gators/ Denver Broncos). He has been on staff as our Youth Pastor since 2016.

  • Pastor Cameron McGough

    Children & Families

    Cameron has attended CCS for nearly 20 years and has been on staff as our Children’s Pastor since 2006.

  • Pastor Pascal Koch

    Worship, Creative Team

    Pascal was born and raised in South Africa and moved to Sarasota in 2014 (long story). He has been on staff as our Worship Pastor since 2015.
