Bible Focus: 1 Samuel 23

  • Our sin can distract us from what we really should be doing. King Saul was so busy in trying to kill David, he left Israel wide open to attacks from the real enemy. It’s a good thing God is our Protector! And God sure protected David from Saul again!

Older Kids (2nd-5th grade):

    • 1 Samuel 23:14b, “Day after day Saul searched for him, but God did not give David into his hands.”
